# getPreConfCoverage

> Get Preconfirmations coverage as a percentage of network stake and its distribution by region.

Use this method to get [Preconfirmations coverage](https://www.helius.dev/docs/pre-confirmations/overview.md#coverage). The response includes network stake coverage and a regional breakdown.

## Endpoint

Send an HTTP POST request to the Helius [Gatekeeper](https://www.helius.dev/docs/gatekeeper/overview.md) endpoint:

## Authorizations

**api-key** `string` *required*

Your Helius API key, passed as the `api-key` query parameter.

## Body

This method takes no parameters. Omit `params` from the request.

## Response

**result.networkSharePercent** `number`

Percentage of total network stake covered by Helius and BAM.

**result.coverageByRegion** `object`

Share of covered stake in each region. For example, `"fra": 0.27` means Frankfurt accounts for 27% of the covered stake.

> Coverage is measured by stake, not by the percentage of transactions delivered.
> It covers both sources regardless of your subscription filters and does not
